A-Level Physics
I have a 1st class honours degree in Physics with Astrophysics from Leeds University. I am extremely passionate about Science and particularly so when it comes to Physics. I taught A-level Physics at a high obtaining grammar school and thoroughly enjoyed passing on my love of the subject to my students. I'm able to answer any questions the keenest of students may have and I am able to challenge the most capable.
Who am I?
I am a passionate teacher who taught Science and A-level Physics at a high obtaining grammar school in Kent. I have since left to become a full-time private tutor which I thoroughly enjoy and have received some fantastic feedback (Please check the testimonials section).
I am a very calm and patient individual who is friendly and approachable. I am extraordinarily passionate about Science, Maths and education. I aim to develop student's ability and confidence at obtaining the answers for themselves and developing their exam technique and problem solving abilities. I am happy to assist with homework, exam preparation or general help as required. I am willing to help further via email and can provide additional resources if students desire them.
I have been fully qualified for over twelve years and have had experience teaching the full 11-18 age range. I find tuition to be immensely satisfying and believe targeted one-to-one or small group tuition can truly make a huge impact on a student's confidence, engagement and ultimately, their achievement.
